Licensed Clinical Social Worker
An authentic space for navigating life’s challenges.
Whether dealing with immediate stressors or looking to address long-term patterns, it takes strength to seek help. By offering a safe and nurturing environment, together, our goal is to empower you with the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I offer therapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring my approach to each individual or situation.
“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” — Mr. Rogers
Specialties & Expertise
Narcissistic Abuse
I help clients identify and reduce anxious thought patterns, calm the nervous system, and navigate feelings of sadness, loss, or emptiness. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral activation, therapy focuses on building practical tools to manage worry, fear, and overwhelm—while restoring motivation, self-compassion, and emotional balance.
Anxiety & Depression
I help clients identify and reduce anxious thought patterns, calm the nervous system, and navigate feelings of sadness, loss, or emptiness.
Couple & Family Conflict
Whether you’re navigating family conflict, parenting challenges, or relationship difficulties, therapy provides a space to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen emotional connections. We’ll work to shift unhelpful dynamics, support children’s emotional regulation, and build relationships grounded in trust, understanding, and mutual respect.
ADHD & Neurodiversity
I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that celebrates individual strengths and differences while providing practical support for everyday challenges. Together, we’ll build tools for organization, time management, and emotional regulation using mindfulness, coaching strategies, and ADHD-specific CBT techniques. Therapy focuses on understanding how your brain works best, reducing masking and burnout, and creating sustainable strategies that honor your unique needs and strengths.
Addiction & Codependency
I support individuals and families affected by addiction, substance use, and codependent relationship patterns. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore the emotional roots of these struggles while developing healthier ways to cope and connect. Using a blend of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and boundary-setting work, we focus on rebuilding self-trust, restoring balance in relationships, and cultivating a stronger sense of independence and self-worth.
