Specialties & Expertise
Narcissistic Abuse
I help clients identify and reduce anxious thought patterns, calm the nervous system, and navigate feelings of sadness, loss, or emptiness. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral activation, therapy focuses on building practical tools to manage worry, fear, and overwhelm—while restoring motivation, self-compassion, and emotional balance.
Anxiety & Depression
I provide a supportive space to help you understand and manage the thoughts and emotions that contribute to anxiety and depression. Together, we’ll work on calming the nervous system, identifying unhelpful patterns, and building coping strategies that foster resilience. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral activation, therapy focuses on reducing worry and overwhelm while restoring motivation, emotional balance, and self-compassion so you can feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
Couple & Family Conflict
I provide a supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to explore and resolve conflict, improve communication, and navigate relationship challenges. Together, we’ll work on identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening emotional connections. Therapy focuses on fostering understanding, supporting children’s emotional regulation, and building relationships grounded in trust, respect, and mutual support, so that every member can feel heard, valued, and more connected.
ADHD & Neurodiversity
I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach that supports the whole family while celebrating each child’s unique strengths and differences. Together, we’ll strengthen communication, build routines that reduce stress, and develop practical tools for organization, emotional regulation, and connection. Therapy focuses on helping parents understand how their child’s brain works best, reduce masking and burnout, and create sustainable strategies that foster confidence, balance, and harmony within the family.
Addiction & Codependency
I support individuals and families affected by addiction, substance use, and codependent relationship patterns. Therapy offers a compassionate space to explore the emotional roots of these struggles while developing healthier ways to cope and connect. Using a blend of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and boundary-setting work, we focus on rebuilding self-trust, restoring balance in relationships, and cultivating a stronger sense of independence and self-worth.

About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing therapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My practice offers a warm, supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery and trauma-informed therapy, helping clients rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and recover from emotional manipulation and toxic relationship dynamics. My work is grounded in empathy and empowerment, supporting clients as they move from survival to healing and self-confidence.
In addition to trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery, I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, life transitions, and stress management. My integrative approach draws from evidence-based techniques including CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based interventions to create a personalized plan that honors each person’s unique needs and goals.
I have extensive experience in schools, mental health clinics, and hospital settings. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New York University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Occidental College in Los Angeles. Originally from New York City, I now live in Westchester County with my family.
If you’re looking for a compassionate, experienced therapist in Westchester County who understands narcissistic abuse, trauma recovery, and emotional healing, I’m here to help you begin the process of change.
